Creating a conference committee on mergers will be very healthy. As one of the leaders from Rader I can tell you that it has been a very difficult time, what with the loss of my church, many friends and ministries. However, my new church, friends and ministries are terrific. Not having tangible support from the conference leaders has been very hurtful. Pastor Brett, Pastor Marta and Pastor McLeod were wonderful.
