Need To Buy Or Sell Items

This site is a place where churches can post advertisements for items they need to sell or buy. Churches are asked to cooperate with the restrictions below. Any advertisement that does not reasonably fit within these guidelines will not be posted. All postings are at the discretion of the Florida Conference.

• Items must be bought or sold by a church, not by pastors or any individual member or group of members in the church.
• Items posted for sale or needed must be directly related to the ministry and mission of the church. This may include, but is not limited to, furniture for worship, education or fellowship areas; musical instruments; choral music; curricula; office supplies and machinery; and kitchen utensils.
• This site is not to be used for fund-raisers or to post items from a church rummage, garage or yard sale.
• Items posted as for sale should be of usable quality and in good working order or repairable.
• Advertisements will be posted for 30 days. After that time, it is the responsibility of the poster to re-submit the advertisement.
• By participating in the purchase or sale of any item posted on the Web site, you must agree all transactions are the complete and sole responsibility of the buyer and seller.
• The Florida Conference does not offer any warranty or guarantee on items posted on this site, nor does the conference participate in or guarantee payment of any items purchased.
• You further agree the church and person buying or selling any item posted will hold harmless, defend, and indemnify the Florida Conference with respect to any claim made against the Conference and its employees and volunteers.
