Opportunities Guidelines
The Opportunities section of the e-Review is for publicizing upcoming events or available ministry resources. Events or resources must be of interest, available or open to a wide audience within the Florida Conference, but can be limited to a specific demographic (i.e. women, retirees, Hispanics). The Opportunities section is not intended for classified advertisements and does not include notices related to employment or items for sale. The Florida Conference Web site includes a Classifieds section for those announcements.
Opportunities should be submitted at least six weeks prior to the registration deadline to allow readers time to respond. Submissions should include as much detailed information as possible, including dates, times, locations, cost, registration deadlines and a contact person who can provide more information. Opportunities submissions can also be posted to the Florida Conference's on-line calendar. Event brochures available in electronic format (Adobe PDF is preferred) can also be submitted by e-mailing them to Tita Parham at TParham@flumc.org. |
