LAKELAND — More than 400 United Methodist women gathered on the campus of Florida Southern College in Lakeland Nov. 10 to celebrate the accomplishments of the previous year and to be inspired. LAKELAND — The Rev. Dr. Jeff Stiggins says congregational transformation is a fairly new endeavor, with everyone involved in it reading and talking to others, adjusting to improve results and figuring it out “as we go along.” Part of that figuring out for the Florida Conference is the addition of two new staff members to Stiggns' cadre of resources in the conference's congregational transformation ministry. full story>
